We took Oliver and Emily to Lost River Cave. It was really fun. You take a boat ride through the cave.

We spent the day in Bowling Green with Tim's brother and his family.

Oliver was "very exciting" to eat a brownie in front of the Mennonite bakery across the street from the house that Tim grew up in.

Sewanee, Tennessee

We went to Sewanee to visit Zoe. She works at Mountain Outfitters in Monteagle and we met her there so that Oliver could try out the climbing wall.

This is about as far as he got, he was much more interested in swinging.

Athens, Georgia

We stayed at the Hotel Indigo.

We had yummy vegan food at The Grit.

We took the obligatory child on the bulldog photos.


We went shopping for used books.

Back at the hotel, Oliver spent some time reading his first encyclopedia.
